- Contribute your committed funds on time to your saving circle.
- Maintain honesty and fairness with fellow members.
- Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Keep your account credentials private and secure.
Contributions & Payouts
- All contributions and payouts are governed by circle rules displayed at the time of joining.
- Payout schedules are determined by circle structure and smart contract rules (where applicable).
- Late or missed contributions may result in penalties, removal from circles, or loss of benefits.
Blockchain & Transparency
- All financial transactions are recorded securely, with some stored on blockchain for transparency.
- Once recorded, blockchain entries cannot be altered or deleted.
Fees & Charges
- TCF Global may charge platform fees or service charges, disclosed upfront before joining a circle.
- Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
- TCF Global provides the platform “as is” without guarantees of profit or financial success.
- We are not responsible for:
- Member disputes or defaults in contribution.
- Losses due to internet outages, technical issues, or force majeure events.
- Any external fraud or misuse outside the platform’s control.
Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms,
- Engage in fraud or misconduct,
- Misuse the platform for illegal activities.
Users may also terminate their accounts by contacting support.

All content, branding, software, and design on TCF Global are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written consent.
Governing Law
