At TCF Global, transparency and fairness are at the heart of our operations. Our platform enables members to participate in saving circles where funds are pooled and distributed based on agreed schedules. Since this is a community-driven financial system rather than a product or retail service, our Return & Refund Policy is unique.
Contributions Are Commitments
- All contributions made to a saving circle are considered final and non-refundable.
- Once a contribution is made and recorded (including blockchain entries where applicable), it cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal from a Circle
- If a member wishes to exit a circle early, the request must be made before the circle begins.
- Once a circle has started, withdrawal is not possible until completion of the cycle.
- Any premature exit may lead to forfeiture of contributions or penalties, as outlined in circle rules.
Refunds in Case of Errors
Refunds may be processed only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Incorrect deduction caused by system malfunction.
- In such cases, members must notify support within 7 working days with proof of transaction.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
No Refunds for Defaults
- If a member defaults (misses contributions) or is removed for violating rules, no refund will be issued for previous contributions.
Platform Fees
Any platform or service fees collected by TCF Global are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of payment.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to contributions, payouts, or refunds will be reviewed by the TCF Global Support Team.
- Final decisions will be made in alignment with platform rules and blockchain records.
